Store Teams
We offer a starting hourly rate of at least £8.21, but that really is just the start – as you progress so will your rate. You’ll also get to share in the success of Costa, with an enhanced incentive and benefits package that includes:

Store Management
For Store Managers, there’s a starting salary of £23,750 per annum plus a potential bonus on top of that. For Assistant Managers, we offer a starting hourly rate of £9.36, plus a potential bonus, and oodles of opportunity to develop.

- A bonus scheme for both Store Managers and Assistant Managers
